1.1 Future Fund Management Agency (“Buyer” or “FFMA”) has a requirement for Corporate Technology Strategy Support to support the Buyer’s Technology function.

1.2 The Buyer seeks to engage the Seller to provide the services as outlined in this Work Order to achieve the following outcome and objective(“Objectives”):

1.2.1 to provide support to the Head of Technology in backfilling the Corporate Technology Director role (currently vacant) until a suitable candidate can be recruited, expected to take 3 months.
